Sometimes making idea’s come to life can be a nightmare. 

What is imperative is to get all the information that will help us get your bag as accurately to your idea as possible.

A detailed email design brief will go a long way in ensuring this is met, we also accept coffee dates.

We will require measurements and if needs be a reference photo.

DESIGN LAYUP

DESIGN GENIUS.

 

Once we have received your design brief, our design geniuses will get to work.

Step 1. If your bag is not part of the Uzwelo range we will get a physical pattern made up with your measurements.

Step 2. Once the pattern is made, it will get digitised and ready for your artwork

Step 3. Our design team will get to work with your artwork or artwork direction given by the customer. They will make a layup and mockup for your aproval.

Artwork will be sent back to you within 5 working days or less.

 

SAMPLING

THE LOOK AND FEEL.

 

Sometimes it’s hard to tell what the bag will look and feel like in your hands.

Once we have received your approval on your artwork, you have an option to get a paid sample made up for you, so you can have a good look and feel of your bag.

This process will take up to 4 working days after artwork approval.

Once we have completed your bag, we will send your bag with our courier partners who take up to 2-3 days depending on your location.
